HeBoFill® CL-ADM 145
HeBoFill® CL-ADM 145 is a high-performance boron nitride powder that has been specially developed for demanding applications. With a high degree of agglomeration and medium agglomerate density, it combines a low specific surface area with excellent crystallinity.
The agglomerate structure of HeBoFill® CL-ADM 145 enables high thermal conductivity even at low filling levels - with low viscosity at the same time. This morphology also ensures almost isotropic material properties, which further increases performance in thermally conductive, electrically insulating systems.
In addition to its powerful insulating effect, the powder's natural lubricity protects the processing technology and extends the service life of the machines.
