Boron Nitride Coatings
HeBoCoat® PL-W 200
Is a water-based boron nitride coating, with additives of an organic binder. This improves the substrate's wetting, thereby attaining good adhesion on almost all surfaces.
The slow decomposition of the binder begins at temperatures above 200 °C, and a loosely-adhesive boron nitride layer remains, thereby ensuring good lubrication and separation.

- release agent for sintering, welding and soldering applications, anti spatter
- release agent and lubricant in glass processing
- protection of graphite components during siliconising
